Este blog / This blog....

"The ideia this blog came after I read the blog of Gabi: dedentrodopeito.blogspot.com, that my friend Suyen gave me the address.
I wondered how it felt to unburden everyday life and how is to live with cancer, and I thought, this should bring relief.

So, I invited my friend Suyen to be the co-author of the blog. She will help me with corrections (because my computer hasn't got keyboard with Brazilian Portuguese), posts, trivia, public utility, thoughts, experiences...
She also has a historical knowledge of people living with cancer.
She has been supporting me in my journey, since she learned about my history.
Later I'll tell how it all started, how I discovered the cancer, and all the processes I have experienced so far.
Sometimes he looks like this is a nightmare blog, but in the future I'll also tell the good things, so these days I'm feeling a little blue, I'm without inspiration.
Just wait ....
I'll "try" to write in English for my dear english speaking friends:.... Ian Borich, Ruth McNeilly (who has also lived what I'm living), Melanie, Bonnie McAlpine and her family..."

  3. Darlei,
I worked out how to use the translator.
You are sure having a tough time. My prayers are with you.
Your birthday would not have been pleasant.
Some very good women were born in the 1970’s.
Our Rachael was 1973, Tanya was 1975 and you were 1976.
My Dad turned 96 on Sunday. So he is 1 day younger than you!!!!

Now I have worked out the translator, I will keep up with what is happening.
    Best Wishes again,
    Ian

  4. Hi Darley:

Thanks for sharing this with me. You are always in my thoughts and prayers. We trust that you will know God's strength for each new day.

Yesterday and today I am taking training in Visio at NAIT. It is a new program for me to use. Like any computer program I think you learn more my using it.

We have been busy helping Melanie, Darlesson and Logan get settled in their new home. We miss them at ours but know they will enjoy having their own space. Logan is the cutest thing and he makes all our lives interesting. I know you all must miss him there.

Say Hi to your mom for me. I trust that you will be able to come visit us sometime in the future....when it is warmer. We have had a very cold winter with lots of snow - brrrr.

    Love,

    Ruth

You are always in my prayers,
